Its objective is to provide specialized training to retain local talent and attract new talent, which will help the successful deployment of the planned projects.
This objective is intended to be achieved through continuous training and instruction in disruptive technological areas, which will be developed in different actions and programs, aimed at achieving qualifications and capabilities that facilitate the job insertion and professional development of the participants.
Training and instruction will be carried out through different programs and courses and will be aimed at obtaining the skills and training necessary so that, upon completion, the corresponding qualifications or authorizations from the competent authorities can be obtained, where required.
Launched in 2022, it is expected to continue its activity in 2024, offering advanced UAS pilot courses, among others.
