Implementation standards

These rules establish the conditions, requirements and procedures for PTFSA to authorize third parties to use or exploit its assets or rights, both public and private, in order to develop activities, projects or initiatives related to its corporate purpose.

PTFSA may also agree to carry out the necessary actions or investments to facilitate these initiatives, such as the provision of land, infrastructure, equipment, or facilities. These rules apply to the assets and rights listed in Annex 1, which may be updated and expanded with new assets through publication on the entity's website or electronic headquarters, under the authority of the Manager.

Operating standards

The Internal Operating Rules of the Fuerteventura Technology Park establish the guidelines and rules applicable to all individuals and legal entities present in the Park. These rules must be complied with in order to guarantee an environment conducive to innovation, collaboration and business growth. They include aspects such as access and circulation in the Park, the use of common facilities and services, waste management and occupational safety, with the aim of promoting peaceful coexistence, protecting the environment and encouraging good business and technological practices.

Compliance with these rules is essential to maintain a favourable environment for research, entrepreneurship and the generation of synergies between the different entities present in the Park. They also contribute to ensuring the efficient use of available resources and the preservation of the natural environment. The Fuerteventura Technology Park thus seeks to promote a solid and sustainable business ecosystem, in which all parties involved can prosper and mutually benefit.
